We want you to be satisfied with your purchase here at Simply Solid Fabric. If we make a mistake in cutting your fabric (doh!) or there is any other problem that is my fault, we will make it right! If there's a problem with your order, please contact me and we'll take care of it right away.

If you change your mind about something, you may return items within 20 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued once we receive your return. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. All returns must be in original condition and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
