Welcome to Simply Solid Fabric, a home-based shop located in Delaware, USA. I'm Sue and I've been selling fabric since 2008. I'm an avid quilter and sewist and also operate a custom longarm quilting business, Blueberry Buckle Quilt Studio.

I fell in love with my first quilt when I was quite young. My grandmother, Nini had the most beautiful pink and white cotton quilt that she would sometimes allow my sister and me to nap on. She would lay it out on the floor to cover her prickly wool rug when the weather was hot and sticky. The quilt was crinkly and soft and cool. It's simple design and quiet fabrics, white and pale pink, were lovely. It was always a treat to be able to use it. That quilt inspired me to learn to quilt when I was twelve years old.
